Examinations for Merchant Marine Cadets Open Soon
Competitive examinations for appointment as cadet in the Merchant Marine will be held in the near future with date and place to be announced. Applicants must be U S citizens 21 to 25 on July 1 1930 and pass medical and character checks. Cadets receive 50 per month plus room and meals after acceptance. they must fund books and uniforms.
