Mark M. Adler 18 of Toronto was fined $50 for possession of LSD and marijuana and $10 for hitchhiking on the Thruway with a suspended second hitchhiking fine. Diane Lynne Klaplin 18 of Oakville Ont. had a $10 hitchhiking fine suspended. Both pleaded guilty and were turned over to the U S Border Patrol after arrest by State Troopers.
