Clear man in killing as TV show fouls trial
Robert J. Luedecke has been cleared of murder charges in the 1982 Rochester killing of 63 year old Harry D. Antes at the Canada Dry Plant. Judge O Connor dismissed the indictment at the request of the district attorney after evidence deemed inadmissible. Luedecke claimed a TV reenactment biased the trial and moved the case to Chautauqua County. The matter traces to a December 16 1982 incident and his May 1963 arrest.
