In Pocatello Idaho a 58 year old Black farm laborer Leroy Horrin was taken into custody on charges of abducting a 16 year old girl Janice Laney and attempting to assault her at knifepoint. Police report say Harris admitted driving away with the girl and denying threats with a hate motive. The incident occurred at night when her father and uncle were held at knifepoint by Harrie.
