McKibben succeeds Waters as prothonotary in Pa courts
Atty Charles A McKibben of Pittsburgh will succeed Charles A Waters as prothonotary of the Supreme and Superior Courts of Pennsylvania, with the western office in Pittsburgh reassigned to Philadelphia and Patrick N Bolsinger named to the western post. McKibben’s salary is $10,000 yearly and Mae Reese will serve as acting prothonotary until his effective date January 1, 1964. Waters resigned last September to become a Common Pleas Court judge in Philadelphia.
