Involuntary Manslaughter Charge Dismissed
Charges of involuntary manslaughter against Linneus Hawley were dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Hawley operated the car involved in a collision with a semi trailer on September 17, resulting in the death of Frank McGraw. Alderman William Heisler provided the update.
