Police in Dunkirk hold Harry Benjamin Richards age 50 of Erie for forged drug prescriptions. He allegedly used a Predostia physician name to obtain morphine and heroin. officers found forged prescriptions and a forged physician’s name on his person. Richards was treated by a physician at headquarters after being arrested for a long countrywide forgery scheme.
