Await ruling in oil fraud case near Kane New Jersey
A federal grand jury in Newark has completed testimony on an oil and gas lease fraud case centered near Dunkle, about miles north of Kane. Victims in the East allegedly lost more than 75000 from 1994 deals involving Peter Gustafson A W Peterson Hannum Hanlon Mayo and others. The two leases covered 85 and 45 acres with wells retained by Toval men. Also Norway plans a 20 percent expansion in cultivated areas for next spring against 1940 levels.

Man Arrested for Killing Deer in Kane
