Paris Nov 12 Britains foreign secretary Eden urged UN members to set aside major world issues and pursue a practical peace by tackling smaller, concrete disarmament and security steps. Mrs Haner of Chestnut Street was released from St Vincent's Hospital in Erte after removal of a one eighth inch tong bone lodged in her throat during dinner Saturday. Accompanied by her husband and nurses Mrs Walters and Mrs Jeanette Walters, she was rushed to the hospital for treatment. Dr Francis Cardot, throat specialist, performed the removal and she was admitted overnight.
