Priest Protests Fine Over Latin Mass in Fairfax Home

The case questions religious freedom and assembly versus a zoning ordinance barring home church services. The prosecutor, zoning inspector Leonard Koneczny, says the ordinance clashes with neighborhood interests. Gedra’s lawyer, John Matonis, argues the rule targets religion.
