Shapp Pushes Delay On Northeastern Rail Aid Bill
In Washington, Gov. Milton Shapp of Pennsylvania urged delaying floor action on a 1.4 billion dollar aid package for bankrupt Northeastern railroads. He and PA lawmakers met with Rep. Harley C.
