CINNAMINSON N J AP a bank manager was accidentally shot and killed Thursday by a patrolman during an armed bank robbery thwart. Douglas C Tyler 27 of Cinnaminson ran from the Garden State Trust Co Colonial Branch after officers surrounded it and was fatally wounded in the abdomen. Three Philadelphia men surrendered inside the bank and were arrested. patrolman John Obuchowski 25 also of Cinnaminson fired the fatal shot.
