Meadville Work Stoppage Ends At Cochranton School Project
About 15 union carpenters electricians and plumbers walked off October 25 protesting non union help on the W L Dunn Cochran ton contract. After the paying phase finished Dunn’s workers were removed and arrangements were made with the architect and others to resume work today.

Corry Nurses Alumnae schedule a 7:30 p m meeting in the Corry Hospital nurses lounge tomorrow evening. A gift subscription offer to out of town friends is $5 a year in several counties and $8 elsewhere. In Oil City Ralph D Black injured in a fatal weekend auto crash remains in fairly good condition with the driver identified as the suspect in the fatality. In Warren Cervanus Sal V Zobre st died of a heart attack while hunting on Tadlun Trail in Glade Township. Mrs Alice Judge Mullins died after a prolonged illness in Franklin. John E Olszewski, injured in a GE platform accident, died in Hammett Hospital. Judge Eugene V Allesandroni urged Sons of Italy delegates to show the world they know how to get along.
