Rights Of Homosexuals To Visit Bars Upheld
New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that homosexuals may gather in bars as long as public behavior meets decency standards. It overturned suspensions of three bars for allowing gatherings and directed the ABC to craft regulations banning indecent displays. Justice Proc tor noted kissing could be disciplinary but others questioned the line.
