Memorial Day edition noted with office closure
In observance of Memorial Day there is no edition of The Journal tomorrow and the office will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday. The issue compiles local notices including a hospital admission after an auto wreck, a cafeteria funding dispute, retirements, theft reports, a speeding charge, college degree announcements, real estate transfers, a junior high dance, a tractor accident, and an investigation into a sniper shooting at a state police barracks.
