The Pennsylvania Milk Control Commission expanded its discount price ruling in the Pittsburgh marketing area to cover milk sold in two linked half gallon glass containers and four glass or paper quarts. Prices cited include 98 cents home delivery and 92 cents store for gallon quantities, with delivery at $1.02 and store price 96 cents from August through March.
