Elgin Man Charged With Bad Checks and Criminal Mischief

Elgin resident Kenneth W. Cox, 21, was arrested on a warrant for failure to make good on bad checks and, after failing to appear on April 25, faced a new criminal mischief charge. 16 Year Old and Pal Stage Burglary Attempt
