Also listed were Roman Ben, Walter Bojaczko, Glenn Kerr, Russell Hall, Ellsworth Henderson, Jiggs Beers, Frank Pichler, with Alfred C. Breault as immediate past commander. A second item reports Fogelsville’s former Upper Macungie school joining Penn State Allentown for off-campus classes starting next year with 40 freshmen enrolled.

State Workers Would Disclose All Incomes

Pittsburgh Post Gazette reports Gov Shafer will issue an executive order requiring officials earning over ten thousand dollars to publicly disclose all outside income and assets. The plan seeks the toughest state disclosure law, applying to governor, staff, and all state commissions and authorities with thresholds of over fifty dollars income and over one thousand dollars assets. The order would have the force of law unless repealed by a future governor.
