Road resurfacing funds rejected by Pennsylvania House
The Pennsylvania House rejected a $104 million 10 year bond plan to overlay 1700 miles of highways and delayed action on a 9 cent gas tax hike. Republicans and a few Democrats blocked the bond while awaiting Shapp's stance and a new funding method.
