Suspect Biebighauser Showed Mental Illness Says Girl
An unidentified 16 year old testified that Daniel R Biebighauser appeared mentally ill when he attacked her last December before the strangulation case of Mary Lynn Crofty, 20, of Lawrence Park at Edinboro State College. The trial paused over the weekend with no spectators allowed. The girl described being assaulted in a car, cut with a knife, and left conscious then unconscious. The defendant’s mother testified of unusual sexual interest and family separation.

The Overcomers handicapped group enjoyed an 8th CHEER session at Henman Episcopal Church with The Golden Tones three-piece orchestra. Norman Tarbell noted handcrafted instruments by seventh grade students from Corry Aviatiel School enhanced the show, as Rev. Seitz provided music and reading. Mrs Tarbell and Mrs Mes singer reported the Washington modeling and tickets for the Sells and Gray Circus, while jewelry on display at the Gift Shop window drew attention. May 31 session planned as a handcraft event with refreshments served.
