Shifty Joe Milucki Faces Deportation From Three States
Erie fugitive known as Shifty Joe Milucki is to be deported to Poland after federal action. He is jailed in Tioga county prison at Owego New York charged with Elks club robbery and prison escape. Pittsburgh authorities seek him for a Galion club robbery and he fled a crowded courtroom last September.
