In Bryn Mawr a doctor suggests a paramarriage to bridge sexuality and marriage. An 18 year old male could live with a 15 year old female for up to two years. Partners would keep separate names while children would bear the father's surname. A paramarriage could end or convert to marriage after two years.
Washington reports rising prices for new homes with February median around 44 000 and March near 49 000, reflecting 13 percent year over year and 22 percent in the last six months. The Federal Home Loan Bank Board warns higher costs threaten mass market access for first time buyers and may hinder the housing revival.
David McRae, 23, of Norfolk, walked into the 301 Club just after midnight with a .45 pistol, firing several shots before shooting himself. Three others were wounded.
