The Westminster Circle of the First United Presbyterian Church met at Leta Lindsley’s East Park place home. Twelve members attended with breakfast served by Mrs. Lindsley and Mrs. Charles Mitchell. Devotions by Mrs. Eugene Davis focused on Women of the Bible. Mrs. Hubert Heerlein reported on missions and a June 13 picnic at the Bracken summer home Findley Lake was planned for 5 30 p m. Ballet West to offer three week course in Aspen July 2 22 for students age 12 or older with four years ballet training.

Robert Schwab Honored as Rotary Boy of the Month
Robert Schwab son of Fred J and Jane Schwab of 118 Franklin Street was praised at the Rotary Club dinner at Venture Inn for scholastic and athletic achievements and received a Boy of the Month certificate from Olin Bracken Jr. Schwab, 18, is noted as the youngest Pennsylvanian appointed to a selective service board.
