The husband of 38 year old Dorothy Montgomery, whose nude body was found May 3 under a pepper tree, was jailed on suspicion of killing her. Thomas F. A district attorney’s office murder complaint was expected. A separate report notes a fifth sex slaying left officers with no clue to the victim’s identity.
