Court directed acquittal hits at fake doctors

In Pittsburgh a directed verdict of acquittal was issued in the case of Mike Koski who killed two doctors after they treated him for a disease he never had. Bethlehem Loses NLRB Court Test

Washington May 12 The United States Court upheld the Labor Refutors Heard ruling that the Bethlehem Steel Corporations Employees Representation Plan ERP was company dominated. The ERP must be disestablished under NLRB order. A CIO strike at Bethlehem plants in March over ERP selection was settled with an agreement delaying exclusive bargaining agent by plants until the court rules on disestablishment.
