Pittsburgh May 11 Dorothy Albert a suspended Taylor Alderdice High School teacher described as a Communist will learn her fate at a school board hearing next week. At the April 12 hearing she refused to testify. She was named a Communist by Matt Cvetic a former FBI informer before the House hearings. If deemed a Communist her dismissal becomes mandatory under state law.

Harrisburg May 11 A year of Air Force Private is jailed in Dauphin County awaiting extradition to Canada to face a murder charge in his grandfather’s death. Donald P Watso or DHtron Mich waived extradition before Commissioner Charles J Ware. The charge says Watso killed his grandfather William Watso at Gis Anak Quebec on June 1 1904 while attempting to obtain money. Watso was held at the New Cumberland Army Disciplinary Barracks on an AWOL charge prior to extradition. Two Airmen Enroute Home Hong Kong May 1 The captain of the steamship Hunadr Racine Butterfield and Swine reported that two American airmen held more than a year by Chinese Communists were released. Elmer 0 Denard of Cincinnati and Navy Chief Willan Smith of Beech Call reportedly freed.
