OS CITY May 11 Defendants who pleaded guilty or were convicted at the April term of quarter sessions appeared before Judge Lee A McCracken for sentence. Jack Russell and Jake Russo of Rochester were convicted of breaking and entering and larceny in the Drake theatre last Labor Day. Russell drew the harshest sentence with terms of three to six years and one to two years for larceny plus fines and restitution.
