Schools reportedly hold about 5 000 000 in realty and buildings. the state could acquire stock, mortgages, and floating debt totaling around 925 000. The committee includes Jobie 8, Rilling, Hele, William Lauder, and Superintendent Coughlin. The board praises current school plans, with twelve projects approved, totaling about 285 000 in value. The secretary was instructed to gather uniform playground data from counties and districts. The Supreme Court’s constitutionality ruling on the school code pleased members, who pledged to push a beneficial act for the state’s interests.
Beginning May 26 a light difference will occur in the running of the Pullman service on the Philadelphia and Erie division of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
