Louise Sherrod, 59, of Erie, was injured in an accidental shooting at her home. Det. Sgt. Walter Tofel said the .303 British rifle discharged as her son in law James Brown, 34, came downstairs with a loaded gun. She was admitted to Hamot Hospital in fair condition.
