Miss Helen Whitmyer the 40 year old nurse and evangelist will be arraigned in county court at Mayville on two counts of larceny by false pretenses. She was returned to Mayville from Indiana after extradition papers were signed. Assistant district attorney Sidney T. Hewes said Indiana Governor Schricker approved the extradition. Key witness Nellie Dornberger of Rochester identified Whitmyer and said she loaned $650, expecting repayment from funds Whitmyer claimed she would receive.
