Book Reviews and Notes on Philosophy and War Romance
A mixed review column covers The Ballad for Buenos Aires by Sax Bradford, Mind, Medicine and Man by Gregory Zilboorg, Thomas Wolfe's Letters to His Mother, The Story of Wassell by James Hilton, and Order in the Court by John C. Knox. It discusses themes from Argentine politics and psychoanalysis to war memoirs and legal thought, with critical takes on each work and its portrayal of individuals, ideas, and events. The piece blends literary criticism with brief plot glimpses and authorial intent across multiple titles.
