Heaton Massachusetts May 4 The United States Chronicle Court heard a petition from the Supreme Council of the Royal Arcani an fraternal insurance society to test the validity of a receivership appointment. Former Attorney General Thomas J Boynton was named receiver on April 16 by the district court upon a death benefit policy holder's petition alleging misuse of reserve funds. The Supreme Council contends the appointment was made without notice and was legal.
