May Call Special Jury In DA Case
Eight cases to the panel yesterday. Laird Clark of Jamestown is foreman of the grand jury sworn in yesterday. Mrs. Ethel Lockenhousing of Clymer is acting foreman. Hewes is charged with striking a neighbor, Dr. Louise Parkhill. The second degree assault claim states Dr. Parkhill was struck during a week ago dispute. Charles S. Collesano is special prosecutor. Judge William W. Serra named acting Chautauqua County Court judge.

Pittsburgh AP DP says any delay in tearing down a bridge could push back the stadium project. Burrel Cohen, Stadium Authority director, notes the Fort Duquesne Bridge and approaches need three years to finish and Manchester Bridge cannot be removed until the new bridge is ready, risking a 1968 baseball season opening.
