Driver Pleads Guilty in Triple E Fatality Case
Erie hearing reports Clyde Lindahl, 40, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in a crash that killed Mrs Elizabeth Rainer and two others near 38th and Peach streets. He received concurrent 1 1/2 to 3 year terms with a $600 fine. Lindahl admitted drinking after ending a three year abstinence and said a companion urged a drink before driving his vehicle into the Niagara Falls woman’s car.
