Brutal hit run driver cited in girl's critical condition
Sheriff officials report a car with a man and woman struck a 13 year old near the county farm and fled. The girl sustained a fractured skull, brain concussion, burns, and abrasions. The occupants allegedly attempted to help twice before leaving the scene.
