The Corry Council orders a 100 day dog quarantine to protect public health after reports of mad dog activity. All dog owners must confine and restrain pets, with enforcement starting March 28, 1916 at 6 PM. Copies of the resolution to be published in the Corry Daily Democrat and the Corry Evening Journal for three days. Approved March 27, 1918 by Mayor John B. Paterson. City Clerk Blaine Kincaid.
