Deaths in Sharon not to exceed thirty state trooper killed
Sharon Ohio March 28 The rest of the town stock and water receded slowly as rescue work continued. Missing were counted today among them several women and children. The water has forced many to flee their homes seeking shelter and clothing. The total death toll in the affected area is expected to reach about thirty with more bodies possibly found as the floodwaters recede. Relief efforts are underway and officials warn against drinking contaminated water. The Sunshines society will organize the roller work and, despite the devastation, investigations indicate some believed lost were safe.
