An Amer ican Loporative Company office worker Francis P. Burdett, 62, of Dunkirk, was killed by a New York Central train near the Roberts Road overpass while walking home after overtime. Coroner Patt said the death occurred between 7:08 and 7:16 p.m. His body was found near Way by Frank Reauty of Dunkirk.
