Union City man pleads guilty to driving while intoxicated
Walter E. Burns, 44, of Union City, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and faces charges of operating a car without a driver's license and without proper registration. Burns was arrested at 10:15 p m Saturday at the Bridge and Willow streets intersection by Patrolman Carl Goolwich. Two Erie men face charges tied to a faulty title sale of Burns's car for 95 dollars with an unsigned title.
