Harborcreek Youth Held In Stabbing
A Harborcreek woman, Anna Ardillo, 48, lay near death after a stabbing at her home yesterday. A neighbor youth is being held by police for aggravated assault and battery with intent to kill. Thomas L. McAdoo, son of local residents, is charged. Mrs. Ardillo was stabbed at least 20 times and initially treated in Hamot Hospital’s emergency room before being moved to intensive care. The attack was discovered by neighbor Marian Erpino when she went to use Ardillo’s phone.
