John Cobuzzi a 27 year old of Conneaut is under arrest on charges of voluntary manslaughter and failing to stop after an accident in connection with the death of Charlie Betts 74 a former Corry resident. Betts funeral services were held here Thursday afternoon. Cobuzzi was brought to the county jail for a preliminary hearing after extradition. The investigation relies on a tip and damage to a damaged fender and headlight evidence. Betts was struck by a Conneaut- area automobile on the Girard to Conneaut highway and died at the scene.
