Erie County actions include tax payment and court filings
Tuesday authorized payment of 27600 to Hassell Tadex Co for a new indexing system in the office of the register of wills. The original contract called for 82000 with 40000 to be paid later. Other items note a parish meeting, game sightings near Oil City, a bus robbery yielding 25 in silver and 22 in tokens, a hospital ration, and two men to stand trial in Erie on impersonation charges. The Jamestown surrogate court admitted the will of Martin Dolan to probate with an estate around 10000 real property and 5000 personal property, naming Bank of Jamestown executor and Frances Dolan as the adoptive daughter's trust beneficiary. Special guardian named for Dolan children.
