Vivian L Bailey and Lillie Tubbs rode out Sutton road to Tubbs road then through Collins and Patchen to Jackson Hill and Route 77 south of Spring Creek for weekend visits. They faced long, snowy and muddy walks including a near misstep in the Patchen woods ending with supper at the Patchen farm.
