Berlin reports state that Tt. Commander Brickler and four U S officers aboard the yacht Scorpion were drowned in the Bosphorus Saturday night while returning to the yeas after a voyage. The 30-year-old Mr George Allen, a traveling representative for J W A D Howard & Co, died under ether during a minor operation at Corry Hospital. He left a wife and young daughter Opal.
