Mrs Della Burns 54 of Union City died Friday afternoon entering the state clinic at 2117 Peach street. She left home with a nurse for a hipahrt examination when stricken. Dr W G Strabile coroner ruled death from a heart attack. Funeral arrangements incomplete.
