Condemnation awards in Fairview questioned by court
Erie Fairview Township supervisors filed an exception in court over condemnation damages for two residents vacating Brooks road and Elk Creek bridge. John Gresh and Andrew Sabol of Fairview are to receive $3,000 and $650 respectively, while Sabol’s attorney Conrad Pearson contends $550 payment is insufficient.
