In Florence County, Erie, the divorce suit of Fay v Fay proceeds as Mrs. Fay testifies that her husband admitted having relations with Charlotte Fisher on multiple occasions. They wed November 10, 1910, in Mayville, N.Y., and the decree is sought on grounds of marital breakdown.
