Bomb in Court House Claims Two Killed in Norfolk
A bomb exploded in Norfolk County Court House today killing two men and injuring another. One victim was Laula A. Zollnger, a junior employee in the building. the other appears to be the bomber or recipient. The blast damaged only the anteroom and adjacent lavatory while sparing Judge William A. Loving’s chamber. Guards were posted at the Court House and nearby State House as excitement ran high. The unidentified dead man was believed foreign, likely southern European.

Erie March 16. Miller of New York who for two years commanded a company of French soldiers on the western front is in the city as guest of TH Minshull. An American subject he enlisted with the French armies in 1915 and later served as army photographer for the government filming battles. He was wounded twice, including a four inch shrapnel wound on the right arm, and recently left St Nicolas hospital Kesey France to resign and return to America.
