High Court To Act On Taft Hartley Ban Case
Federal Judge Ben Moore dismissed an injunction under the spending ban against the CIO and its president Philip Murray. The case concerns the Taft Hartley Act ban on union political activity and the Justice Department will appeal directly to the Supreme Court as promptly as possible.
