Milk board would be made permanent now
Harrisburg March 16 United Press staff correspondent Ross Downing reports the Earle administration backs a bill to make the milk control board permanent and create a milk control commission with broader, more definite powers. The measure places the burden of proof on dealers in price disputes, requires surety bonds, extends commission authority to weighing and testing milk, stiffens penalties, and speeds enforcement. Producers may sue the commission while dealers lying in reports face perjury charges.
